Membership
Membership is open to everyone who is concerned about Florida's aquatic ecosystems, flood control, irrigation systems, and aquatic-based recreation.
                                  Benefits of membership include:

    Quarterly issues of Aquatics magazine that addresses all subjects related 
     to aquatic ecosystems as well as aquatic plant management.

    Quarterly issues of the Society's Newsletter that summarizes current events 
     in aquatic plant management and the Society's happenings.

    Notification of public workshops and meetings about aquatic plant control.

    An annual three-day conference in October where 350-400 aquatic plant managers                   from across Florida share the latest information and plant management techniques.

    Eligibility for dependent scholarship after three consecutive years as a member.

Membership Levels
Student Membership:            $5.00    This membership is intented for full-time students. These members
                                                                    may not hold office.  Please include School Name and level.
Active Membership:             $35.00     Full membership. Eveything listed plus ability to hold office.
                                                                   (Florida residents only)
Library Subscription:         $100.00  Aquatics Magazine Institutional Subscription service.
Asscociate Membership:    $35.00    This membership is intented for out-of-state members. These 
                                                                     members may not hold office or vote.
